"Back in Dec./04 i contacted your dealership about a front wheel for my 04 Night Train which i wanted but couldn`t find in Canada as it was a discontinued wheel. After searching half the dealerships in the U.S.A. i came upon Hannum`s and they just happened to have one. After making sure it was the right one to fit my bike i had them ship it DSL transport. I had it within a week and had it intalled but had to wait for spring. Come April 1/05 i had a stroke and a brain anerism and just barely pulled through. Anyway i haven`t ridden it yet but your staff was great making sure it was right part and it got shipped to me as quickly as possible. I sure wish i could work at a dealership like yours."

"I've been wanting this style of bike for 36 years. Something with the 70's look, king/queen seat and candy apple red. The dealer in DE, said maybe Chistmas? Andrew found me the FXSTC I wanted!

"I purchased a burgundy and cream Ultra Classic from the Media dealership in February, 2007. I was treated by everyone professionally with courtesy and respect. Absolutely no high pressure, misrepresentations or half truths. I feel the price was very fair.
I have put over 5,000 miles on the bike and it has been in for service twice, for the 1,000 mile and 5,000 mile service. Just like the sales experience, the service experience has been flawless.

We test sat on a number of bikes and found a Sportster 1200C a perrfect fit. Not an eyebrow was raised when I noted that I would like for my missus to check the bike out the next day. "I bought my first motorcycle at the Media location about a month ago. As a new rider, an interested, knowledgeable and helpful staff is everything. In month #1, I stopped in and Paul told me how to get started with the MSF Basic Rider course and provided me with contact information. I took the course the next month and then popped in and out of the dealership several times to get some ideas of what kind of bike to purchase. In month 3, Roxy helped me with an initial "fitting" to give me sense of what I might want to be looking at as a rookie. A week later (now month #4), Paul reconnected with me and I ended my day with a new Sportster 1200C. No pressure, plenty of time to test-ride and get comfortable...it was actually a relaxing experience! A month into my purchase I stop in for accessories and get great help everytime. The bike fits me, and I fit the bike. When I stop in to buy accessories or just kick around, I'm treated as warmly by the sales staff as when I was a near-term purchase prospect. They take an interest in my progress and make me feel like I'm walking into a true family establishment, always addressing me by name. It's the little things that suggest to me how a business handles the big things; and with so much riding on my ride, I appreciate it all. "Having made my first visit to a Harley dealer I was greeted by a gentleman named Anthony. I was explained all the reasons why a Harley was a superior bike. After explaining my interest in a used bike I was shown my choices. I was never pressured into a sale that I did not want to make which was unusual for a salesperson. After choosing a bike and making an offer I was introduced to a salesman named Terry. It turned out that Anthony was the G.M. of the Chadds Ford store. I thought Anthony was exceptional until I met Terry and the rest of the staff and realized this was an exceptional dealership! I have spoken to Terry and Anthony on several visits and realized these are exceptional people to have at a dealership. "I purchased a new 06 Road Glide from Hannum's on 2/28/06. I had a problem with my brakes from day one, Hannum's has signs posted how important their customers are, anybody can put up a sign but I can tell you they stand behind that sign, Jerry stayed with my problem and worked it out with the factory and never gave up trying to solve the problem. My experience with your organization has been superlative on every level. The first moment I walked in the door, I was greeted most pleasantly and friendly by your sales rep Paul Baum who expertly went through the sales selection process and actually put a different seat on my motorcycle (Softtail Deluxe) to more closely fit it to my proportions (Tall). I was then introduced to parts department personnel Mike Mckee and Matt Brown. Again helpful, friendly and knowedgeable. Matt in particular was very helpful with exhaust system replacement options/decisions. When we went to the service department, I spoke with your service manager, Jerry Atkinson. Again helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to improve my engine performance and Jerry patiently and thoroughly went through all the options and steps I could take. Your service department then installed a big bore kit, cams, free flow intake kit and mufflers. Service was prompt, on time and completed to my satisfaction. My bike was returned to me in perfect condition.
Your dealership personnel achieved and continue to meet and exceed the highest standards of personal and professional service to this customer. "I just purchased my second Bike from Hannum's. I bought a used Sportster 1200S a few months ago and then turned around and traded it for a new 2006 Softail Standard Black, upgraded the pipes to Python staggered duals. I could not be happier. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and without attitude. I have been in and out of a lot of dealers through the years and have always left feeling like I was an outsider or like I had 2 heads or something. No one at Hannum's treated me that way. Including Salesman Parts and Service. I was made to feel like family. My experience with this dealer was exceptional. Especially Paul Baum. I took a long time deciding what I wanted and I asked a lot of questions. Paul was very patient and helped me with every aspect of my decision and purchase. He did not pretend to know everything and when he didn’t know the answer to my questions he researched or asked someone else. This is something very important to me. I hate to be bull shitted and I really hate dealing with salesman but Paul seemed to understand how much to push and how much to back off.
